I can’t say enough about this spectacular property! The location, view, decor, and amenities are everything you could ever want in a vacation property and more. We have been coming to Kennebunk for years, and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Everything was taken care of, and far exceeded our expectations. Just bring your toothbrush! Fantastic, clean, well decorated with extra details to make a great family stay by the beach!

We were looking for a house to celebrate my mom’s 65th birthday and this house was brilliant with everything we needed!. It’s very well renovated, furnished and handled our family’s needs with bathrooms for each room/couple, two rooms to gather as well as a big dining room table and deck with ocean views! The owner was super responsive and helpful with local recommendations. We definitely would come back in a heartbeat!

Outstanding home and location, well appointed and gorgeous!

Home was perfect for our extended family. Every bedroom has its own lovely bathroom. Seaside theme decor is top notch. Setting is one house from the beach walk. Ocean views from all common rooms and most bedrooms. Kitchen had every appliance and serving dish needed, plus a set of great cookbooks. An upscale setting in a beautiful part of southern Maine. Instructions and advice were helpful too.

Ritz Carlton Luxury on the Beach!

We had the pleasure of staying for the second year at Sea View Maine this July for one week. The ocean view location is magnificent. Our growing family enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the beautiful views and listening to the ocean waves every morning and evening. In addition, our two grandsons loved walking over to the beach each day to play in the sand and water and the nearby playground. The home is impeccably furnished and could be featured in Architectural Digest, although very comfortable and livable. The photos posted in the VRBO listing are beautiful, but, the home is even more stunning in person. We have rented other properties is the past, but, by far, this is our favorite house. The home is complete with all amenities and luxury products and comparable to any Ritz Carlton. In addition the owner is very responsive and available if needed.

We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for ocean view luxury. We are already looking forward to returning to Sea View next summer with our family.

Incredible Kennebunk rental!

My family spent 10 days at this property and it was the best rental experience we have had! The home was perfectly located right by the beach, and a five minute drive to downtown. It was a great rental for our group of young kids and older grandparents. The house was beautifully done, and very comfortable. The owners’ manager was very responsive whenever we had a question/issue. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and hope to next summer!! Thank you to the owners!

It is beautiful and immaculate

I have stayed at “Seaview” many times. It is a beautiful and immaculate home with every amenity you can think of. No stones have been left unturned! It is right across the street from the ocean with a view of the ocean from every area of the house. It is about a mile from the beautiful town of Kennebunkport with its great unique shops and restaurants. I will be going again this summer and plan on many more times. Treat yourself to this luxury home! You won’t be sorry!

An amazing place to stay

“Seaview” is an amazing place to stay in Kennebunk, Maine. We loved our stay in this warm and wonderful home. The house has such charm, from the bedrooms, living spaces to the porches and the views of the ocean. Inside is comfortable, fully equipped, house “smart” and exceptionally clean. Such an amazing place to stay with convenient access to the beach (across the street) and a short drive into Kennebunk Port.
